Functional Capacity Assessments
Is your NDIS Plan coming up for review or have you had a change in function? We can assist by completing a Functional Capacity Assessments to establish current strengths and functional goals. We then work with you to to identify the most suitable supports, home modifications, allied health input or assistive technology you may need to support independence, participation & safety.​

Assistive Technology Prescription
Assistive Technology prescription can enable you to be able to do something you may have difficulty with currently. We complete a functional assessment, and co-design with the participant, equipment specialists and other stakeholders to identify the most suitable piece/s of assistive technology to support independence, participation & safety.​

Home Modifications (Minor & Complex)
We may recommend home modifications if a person is experiencing difficulty moving around the home or have safety concerns. These are custom-built changes designed to improve accessibility. We can work with you, builders, trades people and other stakeholders to find a solution that will work within your home.
